Prior to the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held quite a few senior administration positions, both in private and community corporations and it is recognised as being a prominent member in the business neighborhood. <br /> <br /> He holds an Advanced Diploma in Small business from the Association of Organization Executives (“ABE”), United kingdom and Diploma in Marketing in the Chartered Institute of Marketing (“CIM”), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of each ABE and CIM.
